Jacqueline Moreno

@lahomegirlbakes

Hi! I have my small business that I started in May 2020, during the pandemic. I 1st started making Chocoflan (Latin American dessert) and slowly added more flavors. I make big flans and everyone’s favorite - mini flans! I was also featured on Telemundo 48 - nuestros negocios segment supporting the Latinx community. I make chocoflan, vani-flan and Berry flan. I’ve done other flavors per request but those are the top 3 that gets requested.

You don’t see a lot of businesses that sell homemade flan especially with the half cake half flan part, It’s a science and takes real patience for it. For me it’s special because being a Latina, a Mom and going through certain circumstances it’s surreal that I have my own business especially having a child that sees you can also follow your passion. :)

I make handmade products with resin, concrete, & candles. Most of my resin pieces are customizable, but I make trays, bottle openers, painting pallets, keychains, and many more. With my concrete art I create candles jars and paint them with different movie characters.
